Equipment: Non stick pan, knife, chopping board, oven, blender.
Ingredients: Strawberry, blueberry, cucumber, lettuce, grape, walnut, cereal, bread, egg, cherry tomato, avocado, cream cheese, garlic butter, Greek yogurt, lemon, liquid yogurt(for drink), honey, yakult.
Workflow:
- Pluck lettuce, soak in water with salt.
- Halve strawberry and grape, wash and drain.
- Slice cucumber, wash and soak in water with salt and apple cider.
- Slice cherry tomato.
- Slice avocado, trimming put in the blender, drizzle both with some lemon juice.
- Spray some oil on bread and bake in oven for 170, 8 min.
- Drain the lettuce.
- On a plate, put down lettuce around the plate, follow by cucumber, strawberry, blueberry, walnut. (leave a hole inside)
- Take out bread from oven, spread some garlic butter on one of the toast, then let cool.
- Mix grape and the remaining fruits with honey and Greek yogurt, then pour gently inside the hole with spoon.
- Heat up pan and fry a sunny side up.
- Spread some cream cheese on the other toast.
- Pour a cup of liquid yogurt into the blender, add a bit of honey and yakult, then blend.
- Lay out the sliced avocado on the toast with cream cheese.
- Put the sunny side up on the garlic toast.
- Decor the toast and plate with sliced cherry tomato.
- Sprinkle some pepper on the avocado and the sunny side up.
- Sprinkle some cereal on the fruit yogurt.
- Pour out avocado yogurt from the blender. Serve and enjoy.
Review: The portion is really generous and big. This dish keep me full from 1 pm until 8 pm, so it’s ideal for people who have a big appetite like me or serving 2 to 3 people. If your appetite is small, try one of the dish will do. 😊
I’m still regretting not taking the individual photo for the toast. It looks gorgeous from the side, but this picture didn’t capture that, as it’s pushed to the edge of the photo, what a fail in photography.😢
Things to note: It’s important to drizzle some lemon juice on the avocado, not for seasoning wise, but to prevent it from turning black. Cut avocado oxidize and turn black once expose to air for too long.
