  14. Decor the pasta with some red sauce. I use sriracha sauce here, but if you cannot take any spicy, use ketchup instead.

Review: Simple, fast, easy, hazard free dinner. Extremely suitable for you to make when you don’t feel like spending too much time and effort on dinner. Little effort yields you a wonderful and fulfilling results. The pasta idea is from traditional spaghetti carbonara, which consist of pancetta , egg, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. I simplified it because I don’t want take in too much oil at night, yet it still tastes gorgeous. I forgot to buy any meat, so I use garlic toast to be the chewy element. Then it becomes a vegetarian meal.😂

Things to note: One bad thing about this dish is that it contains too much carbo. This is because I’m lazy to buy ingredient and I’m trying my best to clear my stock in fridge. To reduce the carbo, just take out the garlic toast and use bacon, sausage or any other meat if you want to balance your meal. Other than that this dish is really worth trying. Great taste with minimum effort.😊
