Review: Wake up late in the morning, doing this set of breakfast is really fast and easy. Nothing troublesome, only fry an egg, not much oil also. If you like it to be more healthy you can do a hard boil egg instead. But try not to put poached egg, as it will make the cheese toast wet. What else you can ask for to have such a breakfast set with a matcha latte in the morning?

Things to note: The toast have to cool down with space underneath. If the hot toast is put on a plate straightaway from the oven, congratulation, you will get a soaky toast, because the moisture get trap underneath the toast and make it wet. This will ruin the whole breakfast, your mood in the morning, and may be even your whole day. So please don’t make your toast soaky, it sucks.
